Spinning my wheels

I'm back in the gym! Spinning class this morning for 45 minutes. Felt Iike I could puke immediately afterwards, but water and a hot shower restored me. Within 20 minutes I was ready to eat my young. Had to stop and wolf down an egg, cheese and sausage bagel. Ate salad for lunch (like a jackal!). Yum...

mmm...lunchtime

So, uh...guess I'm gonna go eat my ham and cheese sandwich now. Niiiice!
